🔹 Pricing & Payments

Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Switch, Delta, Electron, and BACS payments, all payments made online are secure.

 

📌 Product Availability & Support

Q: Can I request product samples? A: Yes! Email sales@buyrite.co.uk with your details and sample requests. Some samples may require a wait.

Q: I can’t find a product I need. Can you help? A: Our friendly sales team is happy to assist—if the product isn’t listed online, we may be able to source it for you.

Q: What happens if an item is out of stock? A: If an item is temporarily unavailable, our sales team will contact you with options:

Choose an alternative (size, color, or similar product).

Keep it as a backorder, which will be shipped once available.

Cancel the item and receive the balance of your order.

🚚 Delivery

Q: Where do you deliver? A: We deliver across the UK and nationwide.

Q: How long does delivery take? A: UK mainland orders typically arrive next-day (Monday–Friday), depending on order time and stock availability.

Q:  What are your delivery charges? Orders under £150 (excl. VAT): £8.00 + VAT Orders over £150 (excl. VAT): Free delivery 🚚 Charges may vary based on weight, stock availability, and location (Scottish Highlands & Islands may incur extra costs).

Q: Do you offer weekend delivery? A: Saturday delivery is available at an extra cost—please contact customer services for details.

Q: Can I collect my order? A: Yes! Collection is available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–4:30 PM.

🔄 Sale & Returns

All items are sold as final purchases—we do not operate on a “Sale or Return” basis.

Orders for standard items may be canceled anytime before dispatch.

🔹 Inspecting Your Delivery

Check your goods upon delivery—any damages or shortages must be reported within 3 days for a credit to be issued.

If you are unable to inspect goods upon delivery, sign for them as “goods unchecked.” Without this, we cannot claim damages from the carrier.

🔹 Returning Incorrect Orders

If goods are ordered incorrectly, returns may be accepted at our discretion.

A handling charge applies, depending on the size of the consignment.

Returns will NOT be accepted if:

The items have been opened or returned in poor condition.

The products were specifically brought into stock for you.
