Delivery & Shipping

How much does delivery cost?

Our delivery charges are simple and transparent:

  • Orders under £150 (excluding VAT): £8.00 + VAT
  • Orders over £150 (excluding VAT): FREE delivery

Please note that delivery charges may vary for particularly heavy items or pallets or deliveries to Scottish Highlands & Islands.

We’ll always let you know before processing your order if any additional charges apply and email you accordingly.

UK Mainland Deliveries: 

Most in-stock items are dispatched within 1-3 working days. 

If your order contains items that are temporarily out of stock, we can send what’s available first and follow up with the remaining items as soon as possible.

Scottish Highlands, Islands & Offshore UK: Deliveries to the Isle of Man, Channel Islands, and Scottish Islands typically take 2-3 days or more.

Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery from our DPD courier, if no one is around on the day we will attempt re-delivery.

If you need to specify a place to leave it – please put this in your order notes when checking out your items.

Yes, absolutely. We are PCI DSS compliant and all card payments are processed through secure, encrypted connections.

We use advanced fraud prevention measures including address and postcode verification to protect both you and us from fraudulent transactions.

Your card details are never stored on our servers – they go directly to our secure payment processor.

All prices shown on our website are excluding VAT. VAT will be added at checkout, so you’ll see the full price including VAT before completing your purchase.

Prices may be subject to change, but we always display the most current pricing on our website.

Returns & Product Issues

What if my items arrive damaged?

We take great care with all our deliveries, but on a rare occasion damage can occur in transit.

Important: Please inspect your goods upon delivery. If you notice any damage or shortages, report this to us within 3 days of receiving your order so we can arrange a credit or replacement.

Note: If you can’t inspect the goods immediately, please sign for them as “goods unchecked” with the carrier.

This protects your rights and allows us to make a claim with the carrier if needed.

We understand mistakes happen! If you’ve ordered incorrectly and the items haven’t been opened or used, we may be able to accept them back. A handling charge will apply based on the size of your return.

Please note:

  • Items must be in original, unopened condition
  • We cannot accept returns on special orders bought in for you or bespoke items
  • Goods must be returned in excellent resell-able condition

Before returning anything, please contact us first so we can arrange the return properly.

Yes, you can cancel orders for standard stock items at any time before dispatch. Just contact us as soon as possible.

Please note that we cannot cancel special orders or items that have been specifically brought into stock for you if they have already been dispatched.
