This 200 × 65mm Panettone Basso bake-in mould is a great option for wider, lower panettone and similar celebration bakes where you want a generous footprint without too much height.
With an approximate 600g capacity, it’s well suited to festive ranges, sharing bakes, premium presentation pieces and yeasts and doughs.
It can go straight from freezer to oven, handles baking temperatures up to 200°C, and doesn’t need greasing before use. The paper is naturally resistant to fats, and the mould supports itself during baking, so there’s no need for metal tins or extra equipment.
